Steps to setting up your very own xRMLink Portal.


  1. Network Configuration
    1. Determine the URL to your custom portal as a sub-site of your company's domain:
    2. Point the DNS record to the xRMLink subsite we setup for you:
    3. Make sure your CRM is accessible from the xRMLink Azure server.

  2. Choose an xRMLink template to start from. For example: B2B Customer Service
    1. We give you a small "B2B Customer Service" solution to import into your existing Dynamics CRM system.
      This is an un-managed solution with a few fields and forms leveraged by xRMLink configuration template.
    2. We import our template configuration records into your xRMLink Configuration Area ( and give you a login/password to manage it yourself.
    3. Choose a sample Portal User in your CRM and grant him/her Portal access. The "B2B Customer Service" template uses the Contact entity as the portal user login entity.

  3. View your Portal
    1. Browse to your new xRMLink Portal:
    2. Log in as the Portal User you just enabled above
